Following the support provided to APS in the preparation of its 2020–2030 Strategic Plan, CEGEA prepared an economic-financial feasibility study for the conversion of the former coal wharf to the operation of LNG ships.

CEGEA is supporting CTT in the design and application of an Organisational Ethical Climate diagnostic survey based on the international Ethics at Work study.

Domus Social is the Porto City Council's social housing company and the city's main landlord. It turned to CEGEA for support in incorporating sustainability principles into its strategy and practices.
ERSAR – REGULATORY AGENCY OF WATER AND WASTE SERVICES (2022) – ADVICE ON THE FINANCIAL EVALUATION OF CONCESSION CONTRACTS
CEGEA advised ERSAR on the economic and financial assessment of contracts with regulated entities, in particular in the context of their conclusion or renegotiation.

With the support of the Francisco Manuel dos Santos Foundation, CEGEA studied the impact on the Portuguese regulatory state of the Regulatory Entities Framework Law of 2013 and the creation of the Court of Competition, Regulation and Supervision.

Geosat hired CEGEA to assist in reviewing its organisational structure and governance mechanisms, designing its management model, and improving its administrative and financial processes.

CEGEA advised Metro do Porto on the review of its performance indicators, as a follow-up to several financial consulting engagements.
RRP – RECOVERY AND RESILIENCE PLAN (ONGOING) – BestCoopMed (PRR-C05-i03-I-000170)
CEGEA is leading a PRR-funded project to identify the best organisational and functional practices of agro-food cooperatives in Spain, France and Italy. These practices will serve as a reference for innovation programmes in Portuguese cooperatives. The project also aims to provide an integrated benchmarking system for management, training and technical assistance, promoting technological innovation in the agricultural production of Portuguese cooperatives.
SANTA CASA DA MISERICÓRDIA DO PORTO (2023) – COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN ARS DO NORTE AND SCMP
CEGEA prepared an analysis for Santa Casa da Misericórdia do Porto regarding the operation of Hospital da Prelada between 2018 and 2023, within the framework of the existing cooperation agreement with ARS Norte, to support its future renegotiation.
