For anyone who has doubts about the tragedies that poor private management (also) produces, here is a brief list of “serious cases”: ENRON, BES, BPP, BPN, Boeing, Lehman Brothers, Bear Stearns, Theranos, WeWork, Volkswagen, Wirecard, Wells Fargo, FTX, and the U.S. opioid crisis.”
