The course offers analytical tools rather than a complete history of the field, helping students explore topics independently. It also focuses on organising academic literature and formulating research questions essential for theory-building.

• Analyse modern, symbolic, and postmodern perspectives in organisational theory. 
• Evaluate major debates and research in the field.
