Vasco Rodrigues is an Associate Professor at Católica Porto Business School where he lectures in the areas of Industrial Economics, Game Theory, Law & Economics and Microeconomics. As an invited lecturer, he also lectures at the Law School of the Portuguese Catholic University (UCP) and has previously lectured at Oporto Economics Faculty, Aveiro University, Oporto School of Biotechnology and the Social Sciences Faculty of UCP.

Vasco has published in the International Journal of Economic Theory, International Journal of Engineering Business Management, International Journal of Health Economics and Management, International Journal of Industrial Organization, Journal of Industry, Competition and Trade, Portuguese Economic Journal, Omega, Review of Industrial Organization, and the Scandinavian Journal of Economics. He is the author of books on Mergers & Acquisitions, Law & Economics and the economic integration between the North of Portugal and Galicia.

He is the Executive Director of CEGEA, UCP's Research Centre on Management and Applied Economics, where he coordinated or participated in over one hundred projects for government and reguiatory entities, trade associations and business companies.
