At Católica Porto Business School, there is active support and close collaboration between students and professors of the master's degrees in the production of knowledge and excellent research, namely in the supervision of master's theses. This commitment and continuous work ended up being recognised with the publication of several of these works. Here are some examples:

“HOW GAMIFYING AI SHAPES CUSTOMER MOTIVATION, ENGAGEMENT, AND PURCHASE BEHAVIOR” | MAHER GEORGES ELMASHHARA, ROBERTA DE CICCO, SUSANA C. SILVA, MAIK HAMMERSCHMIDT, MARIA LEVI SILVA

When Maria Levi Silva – a student of the Master in Management programme - first embarked on her master's thesis, under the guidance of Susana Costa e Silva and Roberta De Cicco, she could never have imagined that her work would one day be published in a prestigious marketing research journal like Psychology & Marketing.

This achievement would not have been possible without the contributions of the co-authors, who took the research from its initial stages and transformed it into the remarkable study it is today. A teamwork of Maher Georges Elmashhara, Roberta De Cicco, Susana Costa e Silva, Maik Hammerschmidt, and Maria Levi Silva, extended to the editors and reviewers of Psychology & Marketing, made this paper possible.

The article “How gamifying AI shapes customer motivation, engagement, and purchase behavior” can be read in here.

“AUDIT QUALITY INDICATORS: THE PORTUGUESE MODEL” | CAROLINA GOMES BALTAZAR AND LUÍSA ANACORETA

Carolina Gomes Baltazar, a Master's alumna in Auditing and Taxation at Católica Porto Business School, and Luísa Anacoreta, a professor at CPBS, also published an article in the magazine Cadernos do Mercado Mobiliário de Valores. With the theme "Audit Quality Indicators: the Portuguese model", the article is the result of the final master's work carried out by Carolina Gomes Baltazar and supervised by Luísa Anacoreta.

The published article can be consulted in full here. But it does not represent the end of the work developed. "In the article itself, there are suggestions for future research, such as analyses of the implementation of AQI models, with particular attention, for example, to changes in the current audit model", point out Carolina Gomes Baltazar and Luísa Anacoreta.
