She is the Founder and CEO of The Human Bureau, an international strategic advisory boutique that partners with C-suite leaders, Boards of Directors and Family Enterprises to design and transform exponential organisations, combining performance, governance and human impact.

With nearly 30 years of professional experience, including more than six years serving on Executive Committees and at Board level, she has developed a robust practice at the intersection of Leadership, Corporate Governance and AI-driven organisational transformation. She works with organisations across sectors and geographies, supporting strategic decision-making in contexts of high complexity and uncertainty.

She is the creator of MARS™ – The Exponential System, a proprietary, structured and human-centred framework designed to support leaders and Boards in generating non-linear impact and making future-defining decisions in the human–AI era. Her work is grounded in high-trust, high-challenge environments, with a strong emphasis on ethical judgement, strategic clarity and long-term responsibility.

She is an Industry Fellow and Professor of Practice at Católica Porto Business School, contributing to executive education programmes in the areas of leadership, governance and strategic transformation. She is currently completing the INSEAD International Directors Programme, further strengthening her expertise in international corporate governance.

She serves on Advisory Boards and acts as an emerging Non-Executive Director, supporting organisations in strengthening strategic foresight, governance quality and ethical resilience. She advocates a leadership approach that integrates strategic rigour, ethical awareness and exponential intelligence, believing that the future of organisations will be shaped by leaders capable of combining wisdom, presence and innovation at the highest level of decision-making.
