Managing ethical performance in an organisation and promoting more ethical relationships between people requires not only knowledge about tools, policies, procedures and legislation, but also a process of reflection on the specificities of business ethics and the development of skills to deal with its complexity.

This executive course, which combines theoretical and practical knowledge, aims to support current and future managers in the areas of ethics and/or compliance - commonly referred to as Chief Ethics / Compliance Officers - so that they feel more secure and can be true promoters of an ethical climate and culture in organisations.
