Is conflict managed, avoided… or silenced? | Helena Gonçalves

"Conflict is part and parcel of organisational life. However, the way it is interpreted and managed can either strengthen or undermine an ethical culture. When it is not properly addressed, it can give rise to silence, injustice, mistrust or inappropriate behaviour, evolving from a natural tension into an ethical risk. Conversely, when addressed openly, fairly and responsibly, it can contribute to more sound decisions and environments of greater trust.”
