The Portuguese Commission for Strengthening the Independence of Regulatory Bodies—a working group established by the Portuguese government to evaluate and propose measures ensuring greater institutional, financial, and functional autonomy for regulators vis-à-vis political power—has announced 20 measures to achieve these objectives.
The group includes Ana Lourenço, Associate Dean for Faculty, Professor, and Researcher at Católica Porto Business School.
