For decades, we have grown accustomed to repeating the phrase "Time is money" as though it were an unquestionable truth. But perhaps it is time to recognise a new reality. For a leader, time is, above all, the capacity to think.
We live in an economy that rewards speed. We reply to emails within minutes, monitor performance indicators in real time, move from one meeting to the next, and make decisions under constant pressure. Artificial intelligence has accelerated this pace even further, producing analyses, presentations and reports in a fraction of the time they once required.
