From July 8th to 19th, Católica Porto Business School hosted a Summer School focused on New Marketing Trends, attracting both national and international students. This face-to-face programme, conducted entirely in English, provided in-depth insights into current and future marketing trends shaped by globalisation and technological advancements.
The course combined lectures and workshops led by international experts, covering topics like Artificial Intelligence in Marketing, SEO and SEM, Branding, and Cause-Related Marketing. Students engaged in group projects, acting as consultants to propose business cases based on new marketing trends, culminating in group presentations and a final exam.
Participants also visited the Ferreira Caves, enhancing their practical knowledge of one of Portugal's key economic sectors.
This initiative aimed to equip students with the necessary skills to effectively navigate the ever-evolving marketing landscape, fostering their ability to respond to economic, social, technological, environmental, and cultural developments.
