Conceição Silva is a lecturer and researcher at Católica Porto Business School. Holding a degree in Management from Católica Porto Business School, she asserts that the environment at Universidade Católica was very influential during her journey. She specialised in the field of operational research: efficiency measurements, productivity, and benchmarking. Currently, she also oversees Research, Innovation, and Sustainability at the Board of Católica Porto Business School, a role she describes as "a great challenge" in her life. In her free time?
