For Mariana Gandra, an Executive MBA alumna, the way the programme makes each student develop is one of its strengths. After deciding to embark on this adventure, the MBA at Católica Porto Business School emerged as a natural choice for me due to the quality of the teaching and the fact that classes are concentrated in just one week of the month, which has allowed me to balance my professional, family and academic life more effectively. 

I discovered that the MBA is not just about recycling knowledge. It requires time, commitment and humility to question ourselves, to investigate, to reflect and, above all, to evolve. It's not always easy, but it's worth the challenge of putting ourselves to the test because we discover that we are more than we think we are, we improve our skills, we exchange experiences and we grow. 

Above all, this MBA was worthwhile not only for the tools I acquired and the greater self-knowledge, but also for the friendships I made. I highly recommend it, because it's a journey that's worth it not just for the destination, but above all for the company.
