Program Description

This five-day executive course empowers participants to unlock the potential of Artificial Intelligence without writing a single line of code. 

From churn models that predict customer attrition to AI-driven insights on Net Promoter Score (NPS), participants will discover how data and machine learning can elevate marketing effectiveness. 

Through a unique blend of conceptual sessions and hands-on labs, the programme explores generative AI, customer segmentation, predictive analytics, and marketing mix optimisation - equipping professionals with practical tools to design and implement AI-powered strategies that strengthen loyalty, boost engagement, and drive measurable business impact. 

Approach 

The course follows an Action-Learning methodology that ensures direct applicability to real-world marketing challenges. Each day combines theoretical sessions in the morning with practical labs in the afternoon: 

Balanced Structure: Each morning is dedicated to conceptual sessions where experts introduce key AI applications in marketing, ensuring a solid understanding of the fundamentals. Afternoons are devoted to practical labs, where participants apply concepts directly using no-code/low-code tools. 

Case Studies & Real-World Applications: Examples from leading companies illustrate how AI creates value in customer acquisition, retention, personalisation, and campaign optimisation. 

Collaborative Projects: Throughout the week, participants work on group projects, applying the methods to design actionable AI-powered marketing strategies tailored to real challenges. 

Critical Reflection: Sessions emphasise not only technical potential but also ethical considerations, governance, and strategic implementation, preparing participants to lead adoption responsibly.
