Universidade Católica Portuguesa is partnering with the Industry Summit, a joint initiative by AEMinho and Observador, which promotes a debate on the challenges facing industry in relation to economic growth.

What makes larger companies better able to compete, pay higher wages and weather crises more effectively? This is one of the key themes of the Industry Summit, organised by Observador on 26 May at Theatro Circo in Braga.

The Prime Minister, Luís Montenegro, the Minister in the Cabinet of the Prime Minister and of State Reform, Gonçalo Matias, the former Mayor of Porto and current Portuguese Ambassador to the OECD, Rui Moreira, the president of the Business Roundtable Portugal (BRT) Association, Carlos Moreira da Silva, and the Dean of Católica Porto Business School, João Pinto, are some of the confirmed speakers, who will be joined by other prominent figures in the sector.
