Martin Spring: Professor of Operations Management at Lancaster University Management School (LUMS), UK. He is also Principal Investigator of TiPS (Technology in Professional Services) Accelerator for digital adoption in law and accountancy firms and Director of the School’s Centre for Productivity. His research is concerned with the intersection between innovation in products, services and technologies, and the processes and supply chains of which they are a part. His work on this theme has focussed on product customisation, supply chain flexibility, the links between public policy and innovation in supply networks, and innovation in business-to-business services. Recently, he has been researching the adoption of artificial intelligence in law and accountancy firms.
