Most exciting professional challenge: Being involved in more than one HR project and having colleagues from all over the world, from over 120 countries where Hilti operates as a multinational.

How has Católica Porto Business School helped you in your professional journey? I highly value the Career and Development Office and some professors who helped me not give up on this crazy idea of completely changing my professional career, going back to studying, and providing me with the necessary guidance to follow the path I’m proud of today!

Most memorable figure at our school: The professor who taught Strategic and International Human Resources Management, Sérgio Nuno da Silva de Sousa. He changed the way I think, question, and act about Human Resources Management in companies.
