Most exciting professional challenge: Throughout my professional journey, I’ve had the opportunity to change industries several times – from healthcare information systems to retail. Each of these transitions reminded me of the essential humility required to embrace how much there is always to learn. Understanding the complex context of each business, observing and listening to all stakeholders, is crucial to developing effective digital solutions.

How did Católica Porto Business School support your professional path? At Católica Porto Business School, I found a solid institution, able to use the strength of its roots to launch itself into the future. It’s possible to build close relationships with professors, enabling the collaborative construction of personal and professional development plans. Each programme I joined was a transformative space where I was encouraged to think critically, value contextual awareness and grow through teamwork.

Favourite podcast: Lately, I’ve become completely hooked on the podcast “Dona da Casa”. Learning more about the stories of so many remarkable women who shaped different aspects of life in our country has been truly inspiring.

Remarkable figure from our School: Professor Arménio Rego, who constantly reminds us that everything begins and ends with the human being and their complex dimensions. Models and theories, in isolation, never explain the rise and fall of businesses. That deeply humanistic and integrated perspective has stayed with me ever since.

Personal curiosity: The pursuit of knowledge is one of my key strengths. I’m always seeking to learn something new.
