Bio

Invited assistant professor at Católica Porto Business School, where she primarily teaches in the areas of Marketing and Research Methodologies.

Has a PhD in Industrial Engineering and Management with a specialisation in Service Marketing from the School of Engineering of the University of Porto.

Her research interests focus on consumer behaviour topics, emphasising online consumer behaviour, consumer responses to brand identity signs, and emotions in decision-making.

She has published in prestigious scientific journals, including the Journal of Psychology and Marketing, the Journal of Service Management, the Journal of Service Marketing, and the Journal of Brand Management.

In addition, she has worked as a consultant on various projects, primarily in Marketing, promoted by the Center for Research in Management and Applied Economics (CEGEA).
