Católica Porto Business School has released the results of the Ethical Leadership Survey, carried out as part of the annual study of the Ethics Forum, which celebrates its 10th anniversary this year.
The survey shows that leaders and employees share a similar perspective regarding ethical conduct within organisations, noting greater emphasis on setting clear expectations and less focus on offering direct support to formal ethics programmes.
