Executive leader of Planetiers New Generation and co-leader of INSURE.Hub, where Católica Porto Business School is a partner. Chairman of The Natural Step International, a Swedish NGO pioneering sustainability in organisations worldwide. Former Vice-President at Oliver Wyman, with expertise in strategy, finance, and organisational transformation. Holds a Management degree (UCP - Lisbon) and an MBA (Nova SBE). He is also an Invited Professor for training programmes at Católica Porto Business School.

Wayne Visser
Professor of Practice in Regenerative Business, Innovation & Technology at Católica Porto Business School and Director of the Católica Centre for Thriving Futures. He holds the GALP Chair in this field and is a Fellow at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. He has worked in over 80 countries, published 44 books, and co-produced the award-winning documentary Closing the Loop.

Luís Rochartre
Sustainability expert with over 30 years of experience. Former Director of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD, Geneva) and Secretary-General of BCSD Portugal. Currently Chairman of Mota-Engil’s Sustainability Committee and a senior advisor for multiple global organisations, including Planetiers New Generation. Partner & Head of Sustainability at Unobvious Solutions, industry fellow at Católica Porto Business School, and visiting professor at ISEG. Actively involved in sustainability initiatives across industries.

Manuela Pintado
She is co-leader of INSURE.Hub and Associate Professor at the Faculty of Biotechnology of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa (ESB-UCP), Associate Director of the School of Biotechnology of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa (ESB-UCP, Porto, Portugal) and director of the CBQF (Centre for Biotechnology and Fine Chemistry - Associated State Laboratory), a research unit and Associated Laboratory of the ESB-UCP and president of the EBRI - European Bioproducts Research Institute.

Paulo Alves
Associate Professor and Vice-Dean at Católica Porto Business School and visiting research associate and guest lecturer at Lancaster University. Holds a PhD and Post-Doctorate in Accounting and Finance awarded from Lancaster University. Research focuses on capital markets, financial narratives, and sustainable finance. Published in top international journals and contributes to integrated and sustainability reports for listed entities.

Ana Salomé Martins
CEO of The Human Bureau, specialising in Leadership, Governance, and Transformation. With nearly 30 years of experience, she has served on Boards and Executive Committees of major companies. She researches the impact of general management on organisational performance and actively promotes women’s leadership.

João Vieira
General Director of Technology at MDS and Managing Director of Solutions 360. Holds a Master’s in Management (ISCTE) and has over 19 years of experience in the insurance sector, leading digital transformation projects in the insurance companies Zurich and Chubb. International experience in Latin America. Finalising IMD Digital Excellence Diploma. Invited Professor at the Postgraduate Programme in Sustainability and Regeneration at Católica Porto Business School and active member of INSURE.Hub.
