"The study Ethics and Generational Diversity at Work, which we carried out in Portugal, reveals that one in two workers (52%) are unaware of the term "ageism", but, after discovering its meaning, the majority gave important testimonies about experiences, in a work context, of inappropriate or unacceptable behaviour motivated by discrimination based on age."
