Católica Porto Business School is announcing Ricardo Costa as the new Industry Fellow for People and Organisation Management, Happiness, Wellbeing, and Empathetic and Strategic Leadership. In this new role, Ricardo Costa will help further bridge the gap between academia and the market, bringing his expertise in topics that directly impact organisational performance and sustainability.
Ricardo Costa, Chairman of the Bernardo da Costa Group and a specialist in organisational and human development, is a member of the Societal Advisory Board at Católica Porto Business School and an alumnus of the institution's International MBA. His connection to the school reflects an alignment with innovation and social impact values, which he is actively engaged in throughout his career.
"It is with great pleasure that I join Católica Porto Business School as an Industry Fellow. This is an opportunity to share knowledge and learn from such a dynamic academic community," says Ricardo Costa. For João Pinto, Dean of Católica Porto Business School, "Ricardo's experience and vision enrich our initiatives, bringing a unique perspective to key topics in the corporate world."
Ricardo Costa will attend Católica Porto Business School on 30 January for the event "A Felicidade é lucrativa?" (Is Happiness Profitable?"). The session explores the impact of happiness on organisations and how to promote a practical approach to workplace wellbeing.
