Catherine Welch
Catherine Welch is Chair of Strategic Management at Trinity College, Dublin, and a Distinguished Visiting Professor at Aalto University, Finland. Her research focuses on qualitative methodologies and process approaches in international business. She has published in top journals and won the 2021 JIBS Decade Award. Catherine serves as Book Review Editor for JIBS (Journal of International Business Studies) and Associate Editor for Organizational Research Methods. She is also Vice-President of the Academy of International Business (AIB).

Full Professor at Católica Porto Business School, with a PhD from the University of South Carolina. Founding Dean of the School of Economics and Management (now Católica Porto Business School) at the Universidade Católica in Porto. Chairman of Altri, SGPS, and board member of several companies and cultural institutions. His expertise spans strategy, labour economics, innovation, and internationalisation.

Ricardo Morais
Ricardo Morais is an Assistant Professor of Management at Católica Porto Business School and Director of Idea Puzzle. He coordinates the seminar "How to Design Your PhD" at the European Institute for Advanced Studies in Management (EIASM) in Brussels. Holds a PhD in Strategic Management from the University of Jyväskylä. His research spans Philosophy of Science, Strategic Management, and Design Thinking. He has lectured in 109 universities across 27 countries and published extensively. Associate Professor of Marketing at Católica Porto Business School and researcher at CEGE ( Research Centre in Management and Economics of the same School). Visiting Professor at the University of Saint Joseph in Macao. Her research focuses on international marketing, alliances, and internationalisation. She has published extensively and supervised numerous theses. Director of the MSc in Management, and former Director of the MSc in Marketing at Católica Porto Business School, with experience in corporate marketing and international consultancy.

Božidar Vlačić
Assistant Professor at Católica Porto Business School and Scientific Coordinator of the Research Centre in Management and Economics (CEGE) at Católica Porto Business School. Visiting scholar at universities in Montenegro, Croatia, and Australia. Holds a PhD in Economic Analysis and Business Strategy from the University of Vigo, the University of Santiago, and the University of A Coruña in Spain. Published in leading journals on international business, innovation, and strategic decision-making. He is a Senior Associate Editor of Technology in Society, an associate editor of the Journal of Enterprising Communities, and an editorial board member of the Strategic Change Journal.
