Leadership involves passion and challenge. It requires passion because it allows pursuing goals that, otherwise, could not be pursued. It can also be a source of flourishment - of the leader him/herself, the followers, the organization and society. Leaderships is also a challenge because it requires effort and wisdom, love and challenging, control and freedom, empathy and emotional distance, courage and prudence, perseverance and the ability to forsake projects, humility and ambition. Moreover, considering that there are not perfect leaders, leadership is also a teamwork. This courses helps the participants to embrace both: passion and challenge.
