Program Description

Technological, regulatory, governmental, and market-driven revolutions are transforming the reality of pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. In addition, changes in the habits and behaviors of consumers and prescribers require a deep understanding of how to manage in the industry’s current context.

This program is designed to provide pharmaceutical industry professionals with an integrated management perspective, focusing on the areas that are currently most critical in order to help them become more competitive, improve returns, and anticipate trends.

Throughout the program, participants explore critical topics for the sector by combining strategic perspective, functional knowledge, and practical application. The content covers areas such as market access, marketing, data analysis, regulatory affairs, licensing, business development, and innovation, enabling a more comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry’s challenges and opportunities.
