Católica Porto Business School is holding an open class (in webinar format) of the Executive Programme on Ethics, Compliance and Whistleblowing, entitled "Ethics at work: obligation or conviction?". The session will feature Helena Gonçalves, co-director of the programme and coordinator of the Ethics Forum at Católica Porto Business School.

This webinar will discuss the results of the three-year study "Ethics at Work", presented at the end of 2024. Helena Gonçalves will discuss the evolution of national results in this study, from 2018 to 2024, and give recommendations on how to create (more) ethical cultures.

Helena Gonçalves

With a PhD in Management and a degree in Economics, she is a professor, researcher and consultant in Organisational Ethics and Sustainability at Católica Porto Business School.
She is also the director of the executive courses Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer and Ethics, Compliance and Whistleblowing. She is the coordinator of the Ethics Forum at Católica Porto Business School, which she launched in 2015, and, since 2018, focal point of the international study "Ethics at Work: survey of employees" by the Institute of Business Ethics.
She coordinates work on organisational ethics at the Consulting Unit in Management and Applied Economics (CEGEA).
