Católica Porto Business School is organising the masterclass “Logistics Operations - from processes to people”, part of the first edition of the Postgraduate Programme in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

Venue: Católica Porto Business School, Américo Amorim Building, Room EAA003
Date: 11 September, 6:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
This masterclass will be held in Spanish.

As illustrated by the well-known Ishikawa diagram, the human factor is one of the most decisive elements in effective process management. Based on this premise, Oriol Montanyà will focus his masterclass on the importance of developing both individual and collective skills in order to foster talent and align people with the organisation’s goals.

The session will explore three key attitudes and six essential skills for the effective development of individual competences, through a dynamic and participatory presentation enriched with practical examples, aimed at generating deep and transformative reflection.
