Católica Porto Business School is organising the masterclass "Agri-food value chain", as part of the first edition of the Postgraduate Programme in Logistics and Supply Chain.
Venue: Católica Porto Business School, Edifício Américo Amorim, Sala EAA003
Date: 15 July, 18h30-21h30
This masterclass will take a closer look at how the agri-food supply chain works - from the farm to the plate. Each step has its challenges and responsibilities, especially when it comes to keeping food safe, sustainable and of high quality. Along the way, it will be demonstrated how the different actors depend on each other and why it is so important to keep innovating and working together throughout the system.
The session will combine real-life case studies from across the agri-food supply chain, with industry and retail representatives sharing practical insights into current challenges and future opportunities.
A panel discussion will set the scene for an open conversation about the sector's main dynamics and collaborative solutions. Finally, an interactive question and answer session will give participants the opportunity to interact with the panellists and benefit from their knowledge.
