Shemuel Y. Lampronti is Associate Professor of Strategy at Warwick Business School, UK. His research lies at the intersection of behavioural strategy and strategic organization, with a particular focus on the role of social networks, formal and informal structures, organizational design, and their performance implications. His research spans diverse contexts, including talent labor markets, banking foundations, and Italian historical competitions.
