This presentation focuses on a recently published paper that explores how a diverse team of women researchers used autoethnographic and collaborative feminist standpoint methodologies to interpret the career narratives of three white Western migrant academics. By engaging reflexively with their own intersectional identities, the researchers uncovered internal power dynamics, challenged static notions of standpoint, and highlighted systemic inequalities in academia. Their collective analysis demonstrates how intersectional collaboration enriches knowledge production and advocates for a more inclusive and equitable academic environment.
