A PhD program demands strong research skills and expert-level knowledge in the thesis topic. Due to the broad nature of Management, students can choose from various electives to gain expertise. Elective courses are not restricted and students can select from the overall list of UCP courses as long as within the area of Management, Economics and Methodologies. Participation in doctoral schools, training programs, or summer schools is encouraged for gaining advanced research skills, interacting with leading researchers, and engaging with international peers.
