Patricia Araujo is a Management PhD student at ISCTE ‑ University Institute of Lisbon (specialization in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior).

Master degree in Social Economics from Catolica Porto Business School. Post‑graduation in Nonprofit Organizations Management from Católica Porto Business School and degree in Management from the same University.  Presently teaches Organizational Behavior, Final Project – Internship and Project Multidisciplinary II at the management degree of Catolica Porto Business School.

During 2006 and 2012 coordinated the volunteer department of Catholic University – Porto and participated in several conferences regarding the restructuring of the volunteering management at the Catholic University.
