Ricardo Costa is an entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in managing organisations in different sectors.
Ricardo Costa's connection with Católica Porto Business School began with the International MBA, of which he is an alumnus. He is currently an Industry Fellow for People and Organisation Management, Happiness, Wellbeing, and Empathetic and Strategic Leadership. He later became a member of the School's Societal Advisory Board and serves as a guest lecturer for executive education, teaching and researching in the areas of leadership, people management and teams.
He is currently President of the Bernardo da Costa Group and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kuantokusta, also serving as Board Advisor to several companies. He created the first Happiness Department in Portugal to promote well-being at work.
In addition to his business and academic activities, he is a columnist for Expresso and Record, Honorary Consul of Kosovo and Chairman of the General Council of AEMinho, maintaining an active participation in civil society and public debate.
