“She is a communicationally brilliant, friendly, cultured CEO, mediatically appealing and invited to perform non-executive roles in social organizations. But, centralizing, she does not delegate. Result: she is oblivious to some of the organization’s internal realities and procrastinates decisions. The organization’s members sometimes feel “abandoned” and suspended from decisions that are slow to arrive.
