Juliana Oliveira, Alumna of Católica Porto Business School and CEO of OLIMEC, won the 2023 "Prémio Executivas" (Women Executives Award) in the Revelation category.

In an interview with the Executiva magazine, Juliana Oliveira states “I feel privileged and quite honoured that they think I deserve this distinction. At the same time, I feel some nervousness associated with the responsibility it represents.”

With a degree and master's degree from Católica Porto Business School, she chose to study at this business school for the “practical path” it provides, with a “solid connection to the business world” and an appreciation of the “development of soft skills”. It also highlights visits and contact with companies through case studies.

Juliana Oliveira also taught at Católica Porto Business School. In 2016, with another partner, he founded OLIMEC, a company specialising in the sale, repair and maintenance of heavy equipment and industrial maintenance.

She is currently CEO of the company, which has 40 employees and which records a growing turnover: in 2021, it was 4.7 million, in 2022, 5.5 million, and in 2023, it is expected to be 7 million euros.
