CPBS’S Career Day with great attendance and more than 50 companies

On March 29th, Católica Porto Business School organized another edition of Career Day. This event promotes the connection between students and the job market. The Career Day is annually organized by the CPBS Career Development Office. Among several moments, this initiative included, for the first time, a job fair: the Career Day Fair. 

The initiative took place at the Católica Porto Business School campus. During the afternoon, the participants could interact on the stands and know more about internships and other full-time opportunities. There was also a speed interviews event, where 90 students enrolled in more than 400 interviews.  

Carolina Santos, from Deloitte's Talent Acquisition team, highlighted the importance of these events to better understand what the students’ main doubts are. Pedro, an Economics undergraduate student at CPBS, emphasized the importance of Career Day for considering "what employers are looking for and how we, as students and future professionals, can fit into these opportunities".   

This annual event is mainly targeted for final-year undergraduate and master's degree students. This year it included the participation of:
