Católica Porto Business School and Associação dNovo established a partnership to support the training of dNovo Professionals. dNovo is a non-profit association that values and promotes senior-level professional activity in Portugal. Its scope of action includes supporting professional counselling and retraining, raising companies’ awareness of the potential of senior professionals and promoting programs, in partnership, for job creation, self-employment and entrepreneurship.
According to Carlos Vieira, Executive Director of Executive Education at Católica Porto Business School, this partnership aims to “support the learning and professional and personal development of those seeking support from dNovo, contributing to the creation of more favourable conditions for the reintegration of these professionals into the market of work”.
This cooperation agreement between the two entities arises within the scope of the areas of activity they have in common and provides for more favourable conditions for the training of dNovo Professionals through executive education courses at Católica Porto Business School, as well as the development of themes together, such as senior employability, the future of work, entrepreneurship, among others.
