What are we looking for?
Main responsibilities:
To implement the marketing and communication strategy of Católica Porto Business School in line with the defined strategic objectives and for different target audiences, specifically in the areas of:
- Development, implementation, and performance monitoring of paid media digital campaigns for various target groups;
- Development, coordination, and monitoring of the plan for relational and public relations initiatives, including events, seminars, brand activations, etc., for different audiences;
- Creation, management, and optimisation of content for owned media, including the website and social media platforms, community management, and statistical analysis/reporting;
- Planning, execution, and organisation of email marketing actions, including database optimisation and management, delivery reports, and related tasks;
- Development, production, adaptation, and proofreading of content for online and offline communication materials, such as press releases, news articles, email marketing, newsletters, brochures, one-pagers, among others;
- Regular management of requests and relationships with various internal teams and departments;
- Management of diverse partners and suppliers;
- Budget management for communication and marketing requests.
Admission Requirements:
- Higher education in Management, Marketing, Communication, or related fields;
- Over 3 years of professional experience in marketing (preferred);
- Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring paid media campaigns and campaign automation;
- Good knowledge of digital tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Brevo, and Mailchimp;
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken), with the ability to produce written content in both languages for different channels and audiences;
- Experience in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), including content creation, community management, and performance reporting;
- Additional knowledge in digital marketing, including content marketing, email marketing, SEO, influencer marketing, among others;
- Good command of Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) and AI tools for marketing (ChatGPT, Gemini, Co-Pilot, among others);
- Results-oriented and deadline-driven;
- Ability to manage projects in a multitasking and multi-project environment;
- Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills;
- Proactivity, creativity, and critical thinking.
Selection Method:
- Curriculum analysis;
- Interviews with shortlisted candidates;
- Final practical exercise.
