Assistant Professor at Católica Porto Business School, Catholic University of Portugal.

He was Director of the MSc in Human Resources Management at Católica Porto Business School (2013‑18).

Member of the Direction of LEAD.Lab at Católica Porto Business School aimed at generating and transferring knowledge in the leadership domain (2017‑current).

Member of the Lusophone Direction of LABOREAL, a biannual electronic scientific journal published by the Faculty of Psychology (University of Porto) in the domain of work psychology and ergonomics.

He is a consultant in the areas of Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior.
