Teaches several courses at the undergraduate and master's level in the fields of Human Resources, Public Policy and Social Economy.

Has scientific publications in the area of ​​internal labour markets and in the analysis of knowledge transfer within organizations.

Regularly participates in consultancy projects in several areas: design, analysis and evaluation of public policies (Câmara Municipal de Matosinhos), diversification and growth of the Portuguese economy (Fundação Francisco Manuel dos Santos), diagnosis of non‑governmental organizations (Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian), analysis of management and strategy of companies (Matosinhos Sport, EM), among others.
