Assistant Professor at Católica Porto Business School (CPBS).
She holds a PhD in Economics and an MSc in Health Economics from the University of York (UK) and graduated in Economics from Faculdade de Economia (Universidade do Porto, Portugal).
Her main areas of expertise are health economics, health policy, and healthcare regulation.
She has taught the following courses at CPBS: Portuguese and European Economies (BSc Economics and BSc Management), Microeconomics (BSc Economics and BSc Management), Health Economics, Healthcare Systems and Policy and Quality in Not‑For‑Profit Organisations (various post‑graduate courses), and Health Economics and Policy (MSc Economics). She has also taught Health Economics and Management at the Universidade de Aveiro (2005‑08).
She has done a wide variety of consultancy work for private and public entities, both in Portugal and abroad, on several topics related to health policy and regulation.
