Rui Soucasaux Sousa is one of Católica's researchers in the World Top most cited, according to Stanford University

Rui Soucasaux Sousa, Dean of Católica Porto Business School, has been included in the prestigious "World's Top 2% Scientists 2023" ranking prepared by Stanford University (USA). The ranking Is based on objective citation data from Scopus - the reference database of article abstracts and citations for newspapers and other academic publications, covering some 19,500 titles from more than 5,000 international publishers. The list highlights the 2% of the world's most cited researchers in 22 scientific fields, taking into account the influence and impact of academic research. 

Rui Soucasaux Sousa has been included in the annual ranking for the Economics and Management area since 2021. He conducts research in the Operations Management field in close collaboration with companies. In the last 5 years, he has studied the topics of servitisation of manufacturing and digitally-enabled services.
