Another "Connecting Generation Sunset" was held on May 4th, addressed to the 17th edition of the Católica Porto Business School's Executive MBA. It was a valuable opportunity to discuss and explore the issue of intergenerational relations in companies. 

Corporations face significant challenges regarding the connection between generations, so investing in a coexistence that allows an organisational culture rich in references, ideas, and experiences is essential.

This event included networking moments and a panel of guests from different generations: Alexandra Godinho, Head of HR at Corticeira Amorim; Joana Oliveira, Territory Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS); Pedro Leão Santos, Senior Product Manager at PandaDoc. It was moderated by Joana Gonçalves Fernandes and fostered a dialogue based on the perspectives and experiences of each one.

As a result, the Connecting Generations Sunset was a platform to exchange and discuss different ideas and perspectives, allowing them to face the increasing challenges of intergenerationality.
