The Executive MBA students at Católica Porto Business School once again had the opportunity to take part in International Week. This is one of the crucial points of the two-year training programme that the Executive MBA offers each year, in order to put its students in touch with some of the best international examples in certain areas.
The executive director of Executive Training, Carlos Vieira, emphasises that "a top school like Católica Porto Business School must always put its students in touch with the best practices". For him, "this is an aspect that makes perfect sense when we talk about our main objective, to train the managers and leaders of the future".
One of the companies visited in Switzerland was Schulthess, one of the world's leading companies in the development of innovative technology for washing machines. Founded in 1845, Schulthess is at the forefront of creating products for various segments: domestic, commercial and industrial.
In Germany, the students were able to visit the Mercedes-Benz facilities, a brand whose name needs no introduction. Known for its cars, Mercedes-Benz is also synonymous with involvement in areas such as art and culture, sustainability, design and innovation.
The Executive MBA at Católica Porto Business School will have its 20th edition in 2024, which will include another International Week, as well as other distinctive training points at national and international level. Find out more here.
