Católica Porto Business School opens new editions of the "Líder + Digital" project with training for digital transformation

Monday, November 4, 2024 - 17:14

Católica Porto Business School, in consortium with the Portuguese Business Association (AEP) and the Portuguese Commerce and Services Confederation (CCP), continues to train leaders to face the challenges of digitalisation in organisations with its "360 degrees Advanced Digital Programme: from strategy to implementation". The Leader + Digital Programme is coordinated by the Instituto do Emprego e Formação Profissional (IEFP) and funded by the PRR (Recovery and Resilience Plan)

The next two editions of the course (the third and fourth) will start in November and the third one is already complete. The fourth edition still has places open: it will start on 19 November and will be held in an after-work format, with sessions twice a week, from 6.30 p.m. to 10 p.m., giving participants the flexibility they need to reconcile the course with their professional activities. To register for the fourth edition, click here.

One of the main added values of this course is the creation and implementation of an individual transformation plan for each student to energise their company. Participants will be able to understand the importance of digital transformation as a competitiveness factor for companies, as well as identify and overcome the main strategic and cultural challenges of the digital transition.

The "Advanced Digital 360 degrees Programme: from Strategy to Implementation" offers comprehensive and practical training for SME managers and decision-makers, with the aim of enabling participants to lead the digital transformation in their organisations. The course, with a total duration of 90 hours, covers the different themes of digital transformation, including its strategic context, organisational culture and leadership skills.
