Contributing to the development of the social economy sector involves deepening the skills and knowledge of social organizations in management.
We believe that many private sector managers would like to contribute with their knowledge to this transformation, which is why the "Social Leadership for Managers" executive programme was created. This is aimed at professionals from the private sector with extensive experience in management and leadership who wish to make their contribution to the social economy sector.
This programme addresses different topics such as the context and specificities of the social economy, governance models, business models and fundraising. Testimonials and good practice cases are also shared so that executives who already have solid management skills gain specific knowledge that allows them to have the necessary understanding of the context and can, therefore, contribute in the most appropriate way.
Once the training is over, the challenge is launched and the students will be able to participate in the consultative councils of social organizations.
