Program Description

Solid knowledge of taxation plays a fundamental role in the lives of people and companies today. The “tax bill” to be paid can be a major factor to consider in the competitiveness of people and companies, namely in a context of globalization and free competition between economic operators from countries with such diverse, differentiated and differentiating tax systems.

Often the reduction of the “tax bill” is within reach of a simple option for a certain form of taxation, and not another, given what the tax law provides, or the simple exercise of rights that the law provides, but that many professionals in the field are unaware of.

Also, tax situations that are beyond the limits of the law, such as abusive tax planning or tax fraud, in which companies are often involved, involuntarily and without even realizing it, can pose substantial risks and even jeopardize its permanence in the market.

The Postgraduate Programme in Advanced Taxation  is designed and structured to provide participants with solid knowledge of particularly complex tax matters, in addition to the general knowledge covered in the Postgraduate Programme in Intensive Taxation, giving them truly differentiating skills and attributions in the national and international taxation market.
