Professor Paulo Alves was unanimously approved in his Habilitation Procedures, held last Thursday, 22 January, at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
This result recognises Professor Paulo Alves’ academic and scientific career. The Chair of the jury, the Vice-Rector of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Professor Nelson Ribeiro, highlighted that the examinations brought great distinction to the University.
The Aggregation Exams were conducted before a jury composed of full professors: Helena Oliveira Isidro, from ISCTE – Instituto Universitário de Lisboa; Ana Isabel Morais, from ISEG – University of Lisbon; Manuel Emílio Mota de Almeida Delgado Castelo Branco, from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Porto; and Nuno Miguel Ornelas Martins and Ricardo Landeiro de Sousa Gonçalves, both from Católica Porto Business School – Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
The Aggregation process aims to assess the candidate’s expertise and contribution to their scientific field of research, as well as their capacity for leadership and supervision of projects.
The Management Board of Católica Porto Business School congratulates Professor Paulo Alves on this academic distinction and wishes him every success in the continuation of his academic and scientific career.
