There is an urgent need to equip active professionals, or those about to enter the cultural heritage job market, with the necessary operative tools to enable them to be able to act strategically towards the creation of solid teams, efficient communication, adequate marketing strategies and to provide them with an option for functional and sustainable management models.
This programme, developed in partnership with Católica Porto Business School, Escola das Artes and Spira, aims to address the gap, which still exists today, in the educational offer available in this field and to contribute to this new generation of cultural heritage managers.
